ProTek was created with one purpose: to protect what's been built to last.

After years of crafting high-end kitchens and bathrooms through ALX Building & Reno INC we noticed a common challenge our clients faced. Even the most beautiful stone surfaces began to show wear, stains, and etching far too soon. We wanted a better solution that would help homeowners and designers preserve their investment for years to come.

That's how ProTek was born, a specialized division dedicated to protecting natural and engineered stone using advanced self adhesive films and a range of high grade commercial sealers imported from leading manufacturers around the world.

What is ProTek Stone Shield?

ProTek Stone Shield is a high performance protective film available in Matte and Gloss finishes. It forms an invisible barrier against scratches, stains, etching, and daily wear ideal for marble, quartz, quartzite, granite, and onyx.

Installation & Curing

Every installation is carried out by certified ProTek technicians. The film is precision cut on site to match all edges, contours, and curves for a seamless finish. Surfaces are ready for light use immediately, with full curing in 24–48 hours.

10-Year Limited Warranty

All ProTek Stone Shield applications installed by certified technicians include a 10-year limited product and installation warranty.
